Where to find us

From the Peninsula...

Take I64 east to I264. Take I264 east to Independence Blvd exit. Follow Independence Blvd south about 5 miles to Princess Anne Road. Turn left on Princess Anne, then right at the next traffic light and right into shopping center with Gold's Gym.

From Norfolk or Portsmouth...

Take I264 east and follow the above directions,  

OR Take Indian River Road east to Independence. Turn left and proceed north to Princess Anne Road, then right, and right at first light.

From  south Chesapeake and points south (North Carolina)...

Take any main artery north to I64. Proceed west (as defined by VDOT) to I264, then east to Independence Blvd (see above).

From southern Virginia Beach and south...

Go to the Municipal Center, then west on Princess Anne toward Norfolk. At the entrance to Tidewater Community College, turn left onto Tiffany Lane and enter shopping center.
